3. Access and Availability

The Service is accessible online, 24/7 except for planned maintenance or incidents beyond the Provider’s reasonable control. The user must ensure they have the necessary technical means (up‑to‑date browser, Internet connection).

4. Account and Security

Account creation may be required. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and actions performed with their account. They undertake to report any suspicion of unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription terms, free trial, billing, and termination conditions are specified at the time of subscription. Any substantial changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Data, Confidentiality, and Compliance

The Service processes content provided or made accessible by the user (e.g., URLs, text). The user warrants that they have the necessary rights. 9. Protected Sites / Crawl

If your site blocks bots (robots.txt, WAF/CDN), access must be temporarily authorized (IP, time window) or by means of a URL list provided by you.

10. Evolutions and Availability

The Provider may evolve the Service (functions, interface, performance). Temporary unavailability may occur for maintenance.

11. Responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider cannot be held responsible for indirect losses (loss of turnover, reputation, etc.). The user retains final editorial responsibility for content published on their own channels.

12. Termination

Each party may terminate according to the subscription terms. In case of serious violation of the ToU, the Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service without prejudice to other remedies.

13. Applicable Law

These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts within the Provider’s jurisdiction will have authority, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
